AMA SpA needed a consulting on start-up transients of auxiliary burners installed on rotary kiln of incineration plant and related postcombustion chambers.
W.T.E. delivered:
- evaluation of burners power required in order to maintain the temperature in postcombustion as per regulations in force;
- evaluation of burners power in order to guarantee a ramp rate of heating up equal to 70°C/h;
- Indication on optimum position of burners.
