What We Do
WTE can provide a wide range of services, from conceptual and feasibility studies, to engineering, procurement and construction management.
WTE can also supply complete “turnkey” solutions in case of mid-sized systems or packages of larger ones
Our History
Established in 2000, WTE was set up by professionals with a significant experience in the field of plant engineering.
The founder and owner of the company, Mr. Daniele De Lodovici, has hold relevant positions as technical director of some of the major Italian plant engineering companies.
While at the beginning the firm focused mainly on the engineering of EfW (Energy from Waste) plants, today WTE can operate in a diversified number of markets. Over the years WTE has served many clients, among who are the best names of the Italian waste management, renewables, power generation and environmental industry, as well as major plant engineering firms and EPC contractors.
A Network Enterprise
As many Italian SME, WTE is a typical networked enterprise. The firm’s network allows WTE to take advantage from:
- A well established cooperation with other complementary companies or firms, operating in the same business domain
- The external consulting of professionals with a long and outstanding experience in some of the major and most reputed enterprises of the industry
- The innovative contribution of some academics, given the good relations with the university
Meet the Team
Ferdinand joined us as CEO in 2014, and his vision is to make the company an indispensable partner, providing excellence. A true creative at heart, he loves what he does, especially working with talented people and producing great work.
Lara has over 10 years’ experience in the design industry. During this time, she has developed skills across many areas including branding, illustration, UI design, print and web design. She loves to be challenged and to enhance her skillset.
Deborah describes brand strategy as her perfect blend of critical thinking and collaborative research, one that encourages her natural love of questions and genuine interest in people.
Martijn joined the team in early 2015, after ten years working in the film industry. With a strong background for sales and marketing, Will was excited to bring a new perspective to the team.
Dominik has a passion for developing sites with clean, beautiful code. Dominik’s love for full-stack web development makes him a great asset that can take on back-end code and front-end UI needs if necessary.
